I used to die my hair and wear all black and I scared a lot of people. I was so bad, I was accused of having a hit list by my school. But I was angry and in pain back then. I'd been through all kinds of hell. Since I came to terms, I was able to embrace the more pleasent aspects of my personality. I am more than just a "Goth" but I am Goth before I'm anything else. The entire rest of who I am is shaped and guided by the darkness inside me. I'm intelligent to say the least, currently trying to get published a paper I wrote on Gothism. Romantic and artistic and strangely hopeful. I even enjoy being sensuous when the mood strikes me. I'm only who I am in the darkness, in the darkness. I tend to be much more reserved and standoffish during the day. I've been working very hard to be cultured and sophisticated, which goes completely unappreciated due to my white trash roots.
