If you're willing to hook up with a guy who isn't always Goth, I might just be the guy for you. I have a Government job (yeah, I work for the man) so have to keep my leanings (Goth and otherwise) submerged. I literally stumbled on this site while wandering the 'web - can't help but think it was for a reason. On the 'other' in body-art: I don't have any tattoos, but I LOVE good ones on others. Piercings don't much do it for me, but that varies from person to person. Piercings from the waist down scare me.

As mentioned before - I think going out to eat and see a movie is the best way to get to know someone. Initial meet+greet, decide what movie to see (a great insight!), then talking more over food and maybe some wandering around before the movie. Watching the movie - talking about it afterwards, and just seeing where things go from there.

I'm a homebody unless someone makes a better offer. Don't deal well with huge crowds of people when I don't know anyone, but going out to eat and to movies (while cliche!) is awesome. Wandering around, finding new/hidden/interesting places, talking about anything that springs to mind, that kind of thing. I'm generally low-key these days.

Right now, I'm looking for someone to help shake me out of this rut - someone to get out of the house and go do stuff with. I'm 25, and I live like an old person, which is utterly depressing. Ideally, you're good-humored and relatively optimistic, and a sarcastic sense of humor is a good thing. Someone who won't kill me when I inevitably quote something from Friends, the Simpsons, or Calvin & Hobbes. Someone who likes movies and comics a huge plus (I am utterly a nerd), but so is someone who is willing to help me get back in shape. I'm all marshmallowy these days, and am working on fixing that - but it's easier with friends.
