I'm kind-hearted, but please don't take my kindness for weakness. I'm there for my friends and loved ones with a compassionate ear and honest counsel should they need it. Even though I like to help those around me, I've got to see that they want to help themselves, if they can't do that I'm out.

I guess I would describe myself as old-fashioned in that I have a pretty solid set of values that I won't deviate from. That's not to say that I'm not open or tolerant to new ideas and new experiences.

I'm pretty laid-back but when it's time to buckle down and get some work done I take care of it. I think of myself as a casual but reliable type of person.

I'm sometimes outgoing, and sometimes reserved. On occasion I like going out and exploring the environment around me but I'm just as happy spending a quiet day in the comfort of home.

First and foremost I'd say I'm looking for honesty. I abhor liars, cheaters, and people that consider infidelity an option. If you've ever practiced the aforementioned three then keep walking because I won't tolerate that BS.

I'd like someone with intelligence. I think intelligence is definitely sexy. If you enjoy reading, art, music or culture that's a plus. I want someone who can keep me on my toes and preferably someone who is smarter than I am.
