To buy at least 1 full acre of undeveloped land in a rural area (but near enough to town), then build up my self-sustaining power plant (homemade windmill and solar power, etc). First and foremost, the prospective girl ABSOLUTELY NEEDS to be tobacco and drug free. This is an iron-clad deal breaker. A few modest piercings here and there are fine, and I even find colored hair styles attractive as long as it's not so overdone as to misdirect passing air traffic.
