My name is Jordan Ames. You can also find me on social media. These are some qualities that best exemplify who I am and what I expect in a girlfriend/relationship: Honesty, reliability, responsibility, strength of character, independence, consciousness, common sense, rationality, reason, and logic. I want to re-emphasize independence. I feel that each person must be happy/fulfilled in some sense by themselves. Each person should enrich the other's life, not be the sole reason for happiness. I have been told I'm easy to talk to. There's not much you could say that would really offend me. I can see humor in in almost any situation, even if it's inappropriate. That being said, I do have a strong social awareness and can adjust to the situation. I do swear sometimes but it doesn't define my vocabulary. I love to laugh and joke as often as possible, but I also need someone who is willing to challenge my perspective and present me with their own thoughts and ideas when it may be called for. My life requires a balance of goofiness and seriousness. While I do discuss politics and other "big picture" ideas (philosophy, cosmos, conspiracies, etc) from time to time, it is not the center of my life. I'm also in a band. I am strongly in favor of making the first date very casual; everyday clothes at an everyday restaurant or park (or other place we could talk). The goal is to get to know more about someone to see if you're compatible. I am more interested to see what you are like on a normal day.
