| I Would Describe Myself As | Multiculturalist, multi-instrumentalist, counterculture activist, universal citizen, spiritual wanderer. I'm the embodiment of progressive metal: an apparently complex patchwork that makes sense when you dig deeper. What appeals to me would be: alternative, non-conformist, unique, quirky, peculiar, free thinker. What I utterly dislike: mainstream, conventional, consumerism, fashionable. I grew up on metal and was playing live in front of a 10,000 people crowd with my band when I was only 16. I'm not performing live anymore but I keep composing and recording songs on my own. I'm looking forward to meeting other metalheads around the Gold Coast. It sounds like a real challenge I know, but I'm hopeful I'm not the only one here. |
